SurTec 609GV

SurTec 609GV is suitable as multi-metal passivation prior to painting (steel, aluminium, HDG and EG zinc and zinc die cast) and can be used in a spray or immersion application. It’s especially designed for subsequent anaphoretic or cataphoretic paint and is based on trivalent chromium.

SurTec 650

SurTec 650 is a liquid concentrate hexavalent chromium free passivation for aluminium based on trivalent chromium. It has excellent bare corrosion protection comparable to hexavalent passivations and also works on alloyed and casted aluminium.

SurTec 640

SurTec 640 is a no rinse, chromium free conversion coating for aluminium prior to powder respraying, wet painting and chemical respraying. It forms a colourless conversion layer and is applicable in spray and flooding application in horizontal and vertical lines as well as in immersion application.

Cleaners:

SurTec have a broad range of cleaners for pre-treatment ranging from SurTec 101; which is a heated immersion cleaner for all materials and is suitable for iron, copper, brass, aluminium and zinc - to SurTec 136, which is a weakly alkaline liquid recyclable builder that is free of silicates and surfactants.

Other cleaners include SurTec 104, which is a very intense cleaning and degreasing universal cleaner suitable for all materials, and SurTec 133, which is an alkaline powder that's recyclable with cross-flowfiltration alkaline powders.

Anodising:

SurTec's anodising product's range is extensive. Some of the more common ones used are SurTec 320 S (Tin Stabiliser), SurTec 343 (Hot Seal), SurTec 354 (Cold Seal), SurTec 404 (Alkaline Etch) and SurTec 495 (Liquid Desmut).
Each of these products are unique to SurTec as they were created in their hi-tech laboratories with the aim of creating the best results possible on aluminium anodising lines.

Electroplating:

SurTec's product range also covers the electroplating industry. SurTec 420 is a liquid inhibitor for acid pickling, which is highly concentrated and stable in acids. SurTec 433 is a 'ready to use' acidic stainless steel pickling liquid, which is nitric acid free, therefore no nitrite or nitrate in the waste water.
