RO membranes are simply woven filters in which the pours go down to the size of molecules. Different membranes filter different size molecules out and allow anything smaller to pass through.

One stream enters membrane housing and two streams leave it - one concentrated dirty stream and one clean stream.

As chromate baths age they can slow down and stop working. Many of our competitors will advise that a very costly bath dump is necessary, this may not be the case.

The approaching restriction of chrome(-VI) compounds in the surface treatment technology and in the pre-treatment of aluminium does not necessarily lead to chrome-free technologies. The positive corrosion protection characteristics of chrome(III)-containing conversion coatings should not be sacrificed. In the attached study it was shown that both alternative systems, with and without Cr(III), comply with the standard of the European Quality Association QUALICOAT.

- Good resistance to solvents, radiations and oxygen either liquid or gaseous.
