ANO FUME SUPPRESSANT is an aqueous solution, anionic surfactant used to minimize acidic mists from acidic solutions. It is also beneficial in reduction of harsh odours and strong fumes in both old & new acid solutions. Along with this, ANO FUME SUPPRESSANT will reduce the amount of airborne contamination brought on by acid pickling. ANO FUME SUPPRESSANT can assist in fighting scum formation and soil re-deposition as well as aiding in emulsifying the oils in bath solutions.

Anolife X70
The ANOLIFE X70 anodising process is a modification of the conventional sulphuric acid electrolyte. ANOLIFE X70 protects the newly formed anodic coating from the electrolyte during the anodising process, thereby increasing the efficiency of the coating formation. As a consequence harder coatings at higher temperatures (25-30 degree Celsius) are achieved compared to conventional coatings at temperatures higher than 25 degrees Celsius.

AUSATIN 6445 is a concentrated additive for caustic soda etching solutions that will avoid the precipitation of aluminium hydroxide stone in the etch bath. It can be added to the bulk caustic holding tank, dosed or added manually when caustic is added to the bath. The addition of AUSATIN 6445 to the etching bath provides a consistent fine grain satin-matt finish and avoids the “pin burn” characteristic associated with standard etching baths running high levels of dissolved aluminium. Drag out is reduced thanks to the lower viscosity of the working bath which will reduce drainage times & improve surface finish.

AUSBRIGHT is a compound for the chemical brightening of aluminium and its alloys: it can be used on pressings, extrusions and wire work with comparable results to mechanical polishing. The brightening is obtained by simple dipping of the pieces into the solution.

SURTEC 350 is a 1-component fluoride-containing product. It contains the needed ions in the optimum ratio for the bath. For the initial make-up, an addition of SURTEC 350 A make-up additive is recommended in order to reassure an optimal aluminium content at the beginning of the process. SURTEC 354 F correction solution is only used for the initial make-up, only to increase the fluoride content.
